Marquis
The Marquis reagent is the most common reagent and is the first used when screening for adulterants. A marquis reagent can indicate the presence of: MDxx, Amphetamines, 2C-B, 2C-I, DXM and Opiates. More info…

Mandelin
The Mandelin reagent also tests for MDxx and amphetamines, so using it conjunction with the marquis reagent increases the reliability of the results for these substances. It will also indicate ketamine and PMA (a harmful and potentially lethal drug).
